Strikes an enemy 1 time, dealing Frost damage with 100% of the caster's Power. If the caster has less than 100% HP before this ability strikes, it's Damage Dealt Mod is increased by 140% additively.
This ability is affected by a glitch which causes it to apply the bonus increase twice, resulting in +280% increased damage when the condition is met.
