Tactics[]
Terrify is a very versatile ability, for that it is an attack as well as a healing at the same time. The attack itself deals a decent amount of damage, and can be used continuously thanks to its low CD duration. It is also efficient since it costs moderately low Focus for its usage. However, its health recovery is low, and cannot be a substitute for more advanced defensive abilities like Free Will. But the healing provided by Terrify is still notable, being able to nullify the damages inflicted from Overdrive and most other Damage-Over-Time abilities, and retaining a substantially long period of the buff per usage. If the player has learned Overdrive, it is best to use this ability whenever its buff is not activated. You can use the combo Free Will-Terrify-Shock Coma to receive monstrous amounts of health back (Note that Tenacity must be maxed and Vitality should be high for the combo to work perfectly.

Trivia[]
- Schadenfreude is of German origin and the definition translates to "Satisfaction or pleasure felt at someone else's misfortune". When converted to English, the roots are equivalent to Schaden-harm + Freude-joy, This explains the benefit of the buff perfectly.
- It's the only ability available to Psychological that has a Melee animation.
