Details[]
Strikes an enemies 1 time with a ranged attack, dealing Lightning damage with 75% of the caster's Power. After this ability has been used, it has a 25% chance of applying Stun to the target. This ability has no cooldown.

The target of this buff cannot act while it's active. When the target ends their turn, a charge is consumed. This buff starts with 1 charges when applied. It's also considered to be a negative buff.
