The targeted unit receives a buff which switches damage with healing and healing with damage.

Places a buff on anyone for 2 turns. Reversed healing deals Shadow damage.

Tactics[]
This ability is required when battling with Doctor Herregods of Zone 4 as beating him requires Subversion without the use of glitches such as the Item Feeding glitch.
For Gunslingers, Subversion might be a legitimate option against Galiant the Paladin due to their high damage per turn via Electro Bolt and the ability to stun twice by Shatter Bolt. While this would require good timing, Gunslingers can consistency lower Galiant's health to under 1000, or 800, which would almost guarantee him to use Paladin Heal.
