Details

Strikes an enemy 1 time, dealing Lightning damage with 120% of the caster's Power. After this ability has been used, the caster gains the positive buff Clarity.

Caster Buff

Clarity: Critical strike chance increased by 50% for the next attack. (+ Crit Chance)
