Shield Slam is an A.I. Exclusive Active Ability in Sonny (2017).

Details[]

Strikes an enemy 1 time with a melee attack, dealing Physical damage with 50% of the caster's Power + 100% of the caster's Defense. When this ability hits, it applies the buff Suppress to the target. After this ability has been used, it enters a cooldown of 4 turns.

Target Buff[]

Suppress: Healing on this unit is reduced by 70%. (- Healing 70%)

The -70% healing taken modifier is continuous while the buff is active. When the target of this buff ends their turn, a charge is consumed. This buff starts with 3 charges, and gains an extra charge if the target doesn't already have this buff, of the same element. This buff is also considered to be a negative buff.

Trivia[]

  • This ability is similar to Iron Slam, which Sonny can learn from the Physical Strain. They're similar in almost every aspect, though Iron Slam has a higher Defense scaling, and a different visual effect on hit.
