Shadow Blade is an A.I. exclusive Active ability in Sonny (2017).
In-Game Description[]
Deal X damage and ignore the target's defense.
Details[]
Strikes an enemy 1 time, dealing Shadow damage (X) with 180% of the caster's Power. This ability ignores the target's Defense in damage calculation if the target would normally take reduced damage, and also gains an additive +15% damage boost. This ability also starts with a cooldown of 3 turns, which immediately ticks down when entering a fight, meaning it's available for use on the 3rd turn. Lastly, after it has been used, it enters a cooldown of 3 turns.

Tactics[]
This ability tends to deal a lot of damage against almost all enemies. This can backfire if the enemy the party is facing has the Black Mirror passive.
Trivia[]
- The piercing effect on this ability is actually gained through a reaction. This however makes no difference than having the effect directly coded onto the ability itself.
