Strikes an ally 1 time, applying the positive buff Quickness to the target, with the Lightning element. After this ability has been used, it enters a cooldown of 4 turns.

Target Buff[]
Quickness: Speed increased by 75%. (+ Speed 75%)
The Speed modifier is continuous while the buff is active. When the target of this buff ends their turn, a charge is consumed. This buff starts with 2 charges when applied, and gains an extra charge if the target doesn't have this buff already, of the same element.
