Details[]
Strikes all enemies 1 time with a ranged attack, dealing Fire damage with 100% of the caster's Power. When this ability hits, it applies the buff Affliction to the target. After it has been used, this ability enters a cooldown of 3 turns.
Target Buff[]
Affliction: Take X damage each turn. (Losing HP)
When the target of this buff ends their turn, they take damage with 50% (X) of the caster's Power, at the time this buff was applied. A charge is also consumed, and this buff starts with 3 charges when applied. This buff is also considered to be a negative buff.
