Prism Beam is an A.I. Exclusive Active Ability in Sonny (2017).
Details[]
Strikes all enemies 1 time with a ranged attack, dealing Lightning damage with 37.5% of the caster's Power + 42.5% of the caster's Defense, and with a +100% Hit. Bonus. Damage dealt by this ability also ignores the target's Defense, and deals 15% increased damage. When this ability hits, it applies the buff Breach to the caster. This ability has a starting cooldown of 4 turns, which immediately ticks down on the equipped unit's 1st turn, meaning it's available for use on their 4th turn. After it has been used, it enters a cooldown of 4 turns.
This ability gains a bonus to it's A.I. score with 1000% of the caster's Base Stat.
Caster Buff[]
Breach: Defense reduced by 50%. (- Defense 50%)
The -50% Defense modifier is continuous while the buff is active. When the target of this buff ends their turn, a charge is consumed. This buff starts with 2 charges, and will also gains an extra charge if the target doesn't already have it, of the same element. This buff is considered to be a negative buff.
As this buff is applied to the caster before they end their turn, it immediately consumes a charge after being applied. Furthermore, this ability is able to apply this buff multiple times on the same cast, which results in it losing the extra charge.

Both the Breach and the Weaken buff can be used to reduce the damage of this ability.
This ability will deal less damage against Sonny's allies, as he is always the first unit to get hit.
