Details

Strikes an enemy 1 time with a ranged attack, dealing Lightning damage with 100% of the caster's Power. When this ability hits, it applies the buff Breach to the target. After this ability has been used, it enters a cooldown of 1 turn.

Target Buff

Breach: Defense reduced by 50%. (- Defense 50%)

The -50% Defense modifier is continuous while the buff is active. When the target of this buff ends their turn, a charge is consumed. This buff starts with 2 charges, and will also gains an extra charge if the target doesn't already have it, of the same element. This buff is considered to be a negative buff.

Tactics
