The Insurgent appears as an ally of Roald, and helps explain to Sonny and Veradux who they are, he isn't seen again for the rest of the game.

Ability Selection[]
Notes on enemy AI: | While in a given battle stage, enemies will attempt to use First Choice abilities. If impossible (due to focus, silencing or cooldowns), they will proceed to Second Choice, etc. Cooldown for enemies indicates how often abilities may be used, and is effectively one less than for Sonny (IE cooldown of 2 can be used every second turn) Enemy-targetting abilities have a chance of targetting the weakest enemy rather than targetting at random; this is given in the Attributes section above. Ally-targetting abilities always target the weakest targetable ally. Selection within a category is random unless indicated. All exceptions noted below. |

Tactics[]
He and Roald will only attack you for 1-2 turns and only deal minor damage, so skipping your turns will result in you winning and gaining Roald as an ally. If for whatever reason, their damage is too high, try to debuff them to lower their damage. The best one for this being Break as it immoblises one of them for a turn.

He drops nothing.
Trivia[]
The abilities of this unit are almost the same as the ZPCI Elite, except for the Aim For The Heart ability. He is also capable of using Auxiliary Power, even without a special armor set like the ZPCI Elite.
