InfectAid is a medicals products company that researches ways of combating the zombie infection in a variety of labs around the world. Their Thunder Labs specialized in the harvesting of electronic currents for ion defenses. They also owned the Steelworks at one point and took in applications from disabled veterans to trial their new Medic Suit. Owned by Carbon, all sort of rumors spread around the mysterious CEO.
Veradux, a disabled Army veteran, was given his suit and employed by InfectAid to protect those living around The Silver Strand. He implies that InfectAid are known for not sending backup.

Involvement[]
As part of the SEED Protocol, they provided the ZPCI supercharged bio-mech weaponry for controlling the zombie infestation. The other part of the deal was the creation of the SEED Beam, an enormous "super" laser onboard a rocket with the ability to target any part of the Earth, that could "annihilate entire cities in the blink of an eye".
In reality, the superweapon was built not only to annihilate entire cities but to also "restart" the human race by making everyone super zombies through the deployment of a cloud of super-zombie strains.
Presumably the trials for their Medic Suit were successful, resulting in the creation of the Medic Suit II worn by Dr Klima.
