The Nature Strain is an unlockable strain for Sonny in Sonny (2017). It's a somewhat average strain with a little of everything, though has more focus on healing abilities. While it won't reach extreme damage values like the Fire Strain or Lightning Strain, under certain setups it can dish out some serious pain to Sonny's enemies.
This strain has 3 buffs that's only available for Sonny here: Venom, Blind, and Stone Form. Venom is a damage over time effect that can stack with Affliction and Burn. Blind reduces the targets Hit Chance. Stone Form is essentially an Empower that lasts longer and also increases Defense.
This strain's unique evolution is Reactive Armor, which grants a buff with the same name to Sonny when the evolved ability is used. The buff increases defense by 100% for 2 turns (not 1 as the description states). Unlike the other stat-increasing evolutions, which can only be evolved onto healing abilities, this evolution can be evolved onto damaging abilities as well, as long as the ability is of Nature element.
