This passive ability grants you better all-rounding capacity. There's many reasons to get it: having your main damage dealing abilities maxed, aiming for better speed or just higher power because everything rises. This passive, also, can make you deadly with Withdrawal and, furthermore, massively damaging with Shadow Blend used at the same time.
