Details

Strikes an enemy 1 time, dealing Physical damage with 165% of the caster's Power, multiplied with damage factor Y. This ability ignores the target's Defense in damage calculation if the target would normally take reduced damage, and also gains an additive +15% damage boost. If the target also has less than 35%, it's Damage Dealt Modifier is increased by +50%. After this ability has been used, it enters a cooldown of 4 turn.
