Doctor Hedger is an enemy that appears in Sonny 2 during New Alcatraz, with Frankie as his ally.

The names of Doctor Hedger/Leath are a humorous reference to Heath Ledger, who played The Joker in The Dark Knight.

Notes on enemy AI:	While in a given battle stage, enemies will attempt to use First Choice abilities. If impossible (due to focus, silencing or cooldowns), they will proceed to Second Choice, etc. Cooldown for enemies indicates how often abilities may be used, and is effectively one less than for Sonny (IE cooldown of 2 can be used every second turn) Enemy-targetting abilities have a chance of targetting the weakest enemy rather than targetting at random; this is given in the Attributes section above. Tactics

Despite "Doctor's Watch" causing Frankie to receive more damage, it is best to destroy Doctor Hedger due to the danger from his Poison attacks. Frankie should lose most of his health to Bloodshed and Impair. Keep Veradux on Phalanx A.I as Frankie can deal a lot of damage.

Trivia

• He may be of the Biological Class due to the abilities he uses, although this is the only evidence of such.
• His and Doctor Leath's names are puns on the actor Heath Ledger. His personality is also a reference to the joker, who was by chance played by Heath Ledger.
• He and Doctor Leath both wear different parts of the same lab coat, as evidenced by the fact that he has a chance of dropping the sleeves of a lab coat, and Doctor Leath has a chance of dropping a lab coat with no sleeves.
