Clemons Bugiel, also known as Clemons the Deceiver, is the boss of Ivory Line and the third boss in Sonny 2.
Background[]
Clemons Bugiel was a world-famous illusionist who delivered great shows with amazing success. Some of his abilities were disguise, hypnosis, and mirage. However, during his final show, "The Floating Apple", Bugiel vanished permanently, and nobody has ever found a trace or a clue about him. Everybody thought it was another one of his tricks, but the authorities feared the worst.
It had turned out that Clemons had gone insane and taken possession of the underground train Ivory Lane. Ed Spencer was one of the gang who were having a party when Clemons arrived and slaughtered them all, Spencer being the only survivor.
Clemons confronts Sonny and his party at the end of the Ivory Lane zone, and demands for their "tickets". After Sonny responds that they have none, he demands they get out of the train, attempting to kill them in the process.

Ability Selection[]
Notes on enemy AI: | While in a given battle stage, enemies will attempt to use First Choice abilities. If impossible (due to focus, silencing or cooldowns), they will proceed to Second Choice, etc. Cooldown for enemies indicates how often abilities may be used, and is effectively one less than for Sonny (IE cooldown of 2 can be used every second turn) Enemy-targetting abilities have a chance of targetting the weakest enemy rather than targetting at random; this is given in the Attributes section above. Ally-targetting abilities always target the weakest targetable ally. Selection within a category is random unless indicated. All exceptions noted below. |

Tactics[]
- Using Shadow Blend or other major Attribute increasing abilities during Phase Two of his attacks is not wise, as Collapse will cause Sonny to take major damage.
- During Phase One, when he causes "Unknown Condition" it is best to keep allies on Relentless A.I to avoid being damaged from heals.
- When he uses True Form, a Psychological could use Corruption in succession due to it being a shadow buff.
- If you intend to solo him as a Psychological it is recommended to bring Dark Infusion (for phase 1) and Corruption (for phase 2) so you can heal yourself.

- Clemons' drop Sun-Struck Horrors may be related to Sensei Ishiguro's weapon Moon-Struck Horrors due to the similar name, although Sun-Struck Horrors sounds like twisted laughs and Moon-Struck Horrors tormented screams. The similar appearance also may be a clue.
- He has the same voice as zombies (Frost Zombie, Frost Terror).
