In-Game Description

Morph into a relentless avenger, and instantly recovers all Focus. Increases damage by 15%, and recovers 10 Focus each turn. This effect lasts for 6 turns.

Details

Recover 400 Focus, and places an unstackable buff that increases damage, Speed, and recovers Focus for 6 turns.

Buff

Avenger Form: This unit's direct damage and Speed are increased by 15% and is also regenerating 10 Focus each turn.

Also, this is a very good ability for buffing your attack power against tougher enemies, as well as making you more likely to land a hit against tougher enemies. Another good use is employing it for when you need a rapid focus recovery after your focus has been drained.
